RESPONSIBILITIES

Within our HR Services Europe department, you will work with us to support the employees of the EMEA and Global BASF Group companies with regard to various administrative personnel matters.

• You will monitor and support employees within your area of supervision and support them by phone in close cooperation with the relevant local HR departments and/or other internal and external partners.
• Moreover you will observe the BASF guidelines and the provisions of collective agreements, applicable laws and regulations.
• You will ensure the current documentation and further development of HR and Finance-related topics and actively contribute to the intensive sharing of information and experiences within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have completed a formal vocational training in Business and Commerce or have a Degree in Business and Economics and have an affinity with Finance-related tasks.
• You speak fluently German and English. Other European language skills are a big plus.
• You have a good command of the standard MS Office.
• You are known to stay focused even in difficult situations and deal with customers with confidence and the necessary level of friendliness and commitment to provide high quality services.
