Turskish Customer Service Agent - Lisbon

Join our client's team and become a vital part of their customer service support to assist users and ensure an exceptional customer experience to the Turskish Market.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service support for users of one of the most well known social media platform
• Engage with customers in Turkish through various channels, including voice, email, and chat.
• Address inquiries related to account access, search functionality, troubleshooting, and general navigation.
• Guide users through account setup, password recovery, and other account-related processes.
• Document customer interactions accurately and comprehensively.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on customer trends and issues.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Turkish (written and spoken).
• Proficient in English for effective communication.
• Holding Portuguese Residence card or EU passport.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving customer needs and platform changes.
• Comfortable using various communication channels, including voice, email, and chat.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
