HR Specialist Global Compensation & Benefits - Mobility (m/f/d) YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Be responsible for the Compensation & Benefits process for assignments worldwide at Bayer * Calculation and implementation of Short Term Incentive (STI), Long Term Incentive (LTI), Merit Increase (MI), second update and other global processes (e. G. Top Performance Award (TPA)) for all assignees globally * Prepare and update Mobility relevant Compensation & Benefits components like Cost of Living, Inflation Adjustments and Quality of Living Allowances * Be responsible for regular updates of international salary calculations (e. G. promotions) * Contact person (m/f/d) for local and global stakeholders (e. G. Functional Leadership, Local Mobility Contacts, Global Process Owner) * Maintain data for all assignees in the global HR system (e. G. SAP - GHP, Assignment Pro) * Secure that ICS rules/regulations are met with regards to administrative assignment process WHO YOU ARE * University degree in business administration with a focus on HR, alternatively completed commercial education with relevant working experience * Professional experience in the field of mobility management or/and compensation & benefits * SAP knowledge, IT affinity and the administrative handling of HR processes is a plus * Interested in compensation processes, international labor law as well as social security and tax regulations (knowledge in these fields is of advantage) * High service delivery attitude and ability to handle queries of customers in a professional way * Teamplayer (m/f/d) with strong social and intercultural skills and a hands-on mentality * High ability to solve problems and to structure and simplify complex tasks * Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken This position is limited for one year.
