in Quality Management we need to put together a small database to handle staff data and training data. As we understood that this is not achievable with our HR Software "bambooHR", we are looking for getting support from an IT student.

Was du machen wirst:

• The database must manage the staff records, including roles assignments to particular domains and training plans and records.
• On the basis of such assignments, printable documents (PDF or DOCX) must be generated by the database
• On the basis of database content, automatic (conditional and time-bound recurring) workflows must be launched by the system to send emails and trigger human action
• Upload of external documents and linkage to appropriate database records must be possible
• Statistical reporting must be generated using database data (charts and tables)
• Masks or workflows to enter data (no direct input in the database tables / data validation needed)
• An abstract model of the database (Entity Relations) and list of workflows (modelled in BPMN) will be provided at the beginning of the task, but no specific business requirements specification will be drafted
• Preferred platform is Microsoft SharePoint online. Other platforms (e.g. Ms Access, MySQL+PHP, etc…) can be evaluated on the basis of a concrete and in cooperation with IT department. No compiled code
