Who we’re looking for

You are passionate about real estate and business
You are able to support the Acquisition Manager with daily operations
You have experience with real estate acquisition and prospecting
You have deep knowledge of Excel and you are able to create business models, calculate profit margins with great attention to detail
You are structured and a true get-it-done person
You have great people skills and negotiation skills
You can build exceptional presentations for the whole team to understand business cases
You are skilled at prospecting suitable buildings and sellers across Germany
You have Excellent command in English and German (written and spoken)
