Job Description Position Summary The requirements for this position include, but are not limited to, those outlined below. This position requires a dynamic, professional, energetic, communicator with a successful selling track record (preferred) in collegiate, minor league and/or professional sports. The Inside Sales position is a seasonal position and the responsibilities include helping the franchise meet its financial goals while delivering the highest levels of customer service. Roles and Responsibilities * Selling MLS ticket packages and Atlanta Falcons PSL's to our waitlist and PSL holder database * Responsible for generating revenue mainly via phone;

daily expectation of 2.5-3 hours of phone time through 50-100 calls per day * Sell through outbound sales calls, via phone, online meetings, and face-to-face sales presentations to executives & individuals in the area to sell tickets * Perform basic office functions as needed and be expected to attain ticket sales using the tools that are provided and creativity that can benefit in a growth of ticket sales such as social selling techniques, live Chat, and e-brochure presentations using 3D Virtual Venue technology * Working information booths at various community events to focus on lead generation * Attend regional team events promoting ticket sales initiatives * Prospect new companies and other organizations to establishing a personal lead base * Establishing relationships with large group prospects for referral and up-sell business * Helping answer incoming sales calls utilizing up-selling techniques * Assisting during game days as needed:

ticket ops, suites, fan services Qualifications and Education Requirements The ideal candidate should be aggressive, competitive, creative, professional, mature, good listener, self-starting and committed to the team concept. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated previous involvement in a wide range of activities or clubs. Required Skills * 1-2 years telemarketing and/or sales experience with a team, athletic department or event is preferred. * Strong communication skills * Customer service skills * Positive attitude & team oriented * Willing to work long hours including weekends and holidays * Excellent knowledge of PC systems including Word, Excel and database related packages
