• Manage and technically lead 1-2 software development projects with the team size of 3-10 software developers and engineers according to Scrum-based development process in the roles of Scrum Master and Product Owner. * Establish and manage software development projects according to corporate QMS. * Establish and maintain productive collaboration and interfacing with V&V team and other departments for planning, estimation and other project-relevant activities. * Establish and maintain clear and efficient communications with the instrument project managers

Your Profile

:

• several years of hands-on software engineering experience including architecture design, requirements engineering, change and configuration management. * strong knowledge agile concepts, scrum practices and sdlc * strong communication, decision making and analytical thinking skills * confident knowledge in siemens polarion alm-plm t or similar management tools * fluent spoken german and english are highly desirable * university degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent. what we offer:
