Job Description * Dokumentation, Implementation und Automatisierung hoch komplexer Prozesse im IT-Managed Services Umfeld für einen internationalen Großkunden * Pflege und Aktualisierung sämtlicher Prozessdokumente, Verfahrensanweisungen und Handbooks * Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Verbesserung aller Prozesse und Dokumente in enger Abstimmung mit dem Kunden und den internen Abteilungen * Identifikation von Schwachstellen sowie Beseitigung von Prozess-Engpässen * Erstellung von Trainingsunterlagen * Durchführung von Schulungen aller am Prozess beteiligten Mitarbeiter und Abteilungen * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedensten internen und externen Abteilungen aller Geschäftsbereiche * Erstellung von Berichten für das Management Team über Prozessreife und Verbesserungspotential sowie Anfertigung von Maßnahmenkatalogen * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher- sowie interner Vorschriften, Regelungen und Vereinbarungen Qualifications * Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung * Mindestens 5 bis 8 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im beschriebenen Tätigkeitsbereich * ITIL Expert oder entsprechende, nachweisbare Fachkompetenz * Gutes Verständnis von Managed Services Strukturen und ITO * Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung * Fähigkeit unter Druck zu arbeiten * Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten * Sehr gute Dokumentationskenntnisse * Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein * Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift * Teamplayer Additional Information Diversity in Dimension Data Dimension Data is an equal opportunity employer with a global culture that embraces diversity.
