Your responsibilities

• In your role as a "Training Center Manager" (m/f/d), you ensure the management of the Training Center, including the facility management, oversight and uptime of inventory stock, training equipment and technical installations
• Furthermore, you are responsible for initiating internal processes in order to comply with Healthcare Compliance, legal requirements, policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• You are in charge of concluding contracts with the course faculty (HCP), hospitals (HCO) and other partners
• You prepare and set up lectures, hands-on stations and live transmissions
• Moreover, you collect and process data to set up reports according to internal processes and external legal requirements
• You coordinate the utilization demand of the Training Center from internal and external request and develop, implement and continuously improve the Training Center offerings and the increasing utilization rate

Your qualification

• You have successfully completed a professional training or a course of studies in event management, business administration or clinical profession (e.g. OR nurse or similar)
• You have several years of professional experience in the areas of event management, medical environment (corporate or clinical) or project management
• Moreover, you are passionate about the medical environment
• You have excellent communication skills and command of English – both written and spoken
• Your strengths include a high resilience, flexibility and personal initiative
• You enjoy working independently, are reliable, and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Contributing to success as part of a team motivates you
• You enjoy traveling up to 10-40%
