Your responsibilities

  • As a Working Student (m/f/d), you support the Post Market Quality team with the handling of product complaints for scientific products
  • You support processing the product complaints in the complaint management system and related systems
  • You monitor the actions assigned to subsidiaries in the EMEA region or manufacturing sites globally
  • Furthermore, you create and improve the complaint monitoring as well as reports
  • You follow up the improvement activities of the complaint handling process

Your qualification

  • You are a student (m/f/d) enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Management or another technical or scientific field
  • You have basic knowledge on regulatory requirements regarding complaint handling in the field of scientific devices and quality management methods
  • In-depth user knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) complements your profile
  • You have excellent communication skills and command of English and German, both written and spoken
  • Your strengths include strategic thinking as well as a high performance will
  • Moreover, you show a positive and open-minded attitude within a team environment
