Required

Extensive IT experience with a proven track record in business facing and management positions
Solid IT general management skills (organizational, financial, and operational management)
Exceptional management and leadership skills to achieve tangible outcomes in a heavily matrixed management environment
Experience leveraging the Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid solution delivery methodologies
Adept visionary, strategy creation, and long-term plan realization skills
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Deep experience in the enabling Salesforce.com CRM is a must, as well as other IT commercial tools into the sales and marketing functions such as: Crowd Craze, Communities, E-Commerce, Marketing content and web, Customer centric online portals along with IOS / Android Apps, pricing / configure price quote tools and process and Advanced Analytics (AI/Machine Learning)Track record of managing complex business transformations for international organisations

Track record of planning and executing programs to harmonize processes and converge IT systems
Track record of leveraging internally and externally sourced IT services
Track record of planning and delivering large IT investment portfolios

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or Engineering; a Master’s in Business Administration or Technology Management is preferred

Solid experience in ERP systems deployment and convergence across businesses
Flexible working options will be considered.
