Your responsibilities

  • Alignment of the key HR and business stakeholders in EMEA and the global headquarters definition of the EMEA reward strategy
  • Maintain and further develop the EMEA job and grading structure and consult HR Business Partner and Executives on job values and benchmark strategy
  • Monitoring and researching compensation and benefits trends and evolving the EMEA Compensation & Benefits structure in line with the market
  • Researching compensation trends and reviewing compensation surveys
  • Designing reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for the senior executive team
  • Collaborating with outside vendors, such as salary benchmark providers and benefits vendors
  • Ensuring compensation and benefits plans are fair, equitable, competitive, in compliance with current legislation and aligned to the company's strategy and organisational goals
  • Lead and contribute to projects to further evolve incentive schemes for special target groups or business areas
  • Manage and steer salary increase and bonus rounds for the EMEA Senior Management team

Your qualification

  • You have successfully completed your studies in the fields of human resources, finance or business administration (or similar)
  • You have proven professional experience as a compensation and benefit specialist (including knowledge of company pension schemes)
  • In addition, you have knowledge in the areas of job evaluation and analysis systems
  • You have strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as a high level of communication and presentation skills
  • You have a strong ethic and a high degree of discretion
  • Fluent English skills round off your profile
