YOUR TEAM

You will operate within the domain “
", which the technical heart of the car consisting of the highly integrated computing platforms for different domains like Infotainment, Body, Connected Vehicle and more. We support the project management and system engineering teams of this domain in their daily work, take on sub-project management tasks that contribute to efficient project development, and we also drive continuous improvement of our development processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Analyse and merge existing process models and process architectures of our Intelligent Cockpit and Body products and provide associated guidelines
  • Support internal and external project teams in introduction and application of relevant processes, methods and tools for their daily project work
  • Provide relevant trainings, hands-on workshops and ensure continuous application
  • Continuously improve towards software-driven PMT architecture and support in tool development
  • Identify process gaps and implement practical solutions to increase long term quality
  • Model and document standardized notations, for example BPMN
  • Responsible for a consistent and efficient design and implementation of our PMT architecture
  • Main point of contact for our project teams and the central department for coordinating processes, methods and tools with regard to technology, milestones and quality

WHO YOU ARE

  • Successfully completed university studies in the field of computer engineering, computer sciences, electrical engineering, information technology or comparable disciplines
  • Deep knowledge of PMT development, especially regarding process development
  • Extensive experience in classical (V-Model) and agile system engineering
  • Overall understanding of system development processes according to ASPICE, UNECE GSR and ISO26262
  • Experienced with the system/software engineering tools like DOORS, Codebeamer, Azure DevOps, Confluence, JIRA
  • Familiarity in the creation of presentations and trainings as well as giving lectures
  • Strong analytical mind set, excellent problem-solving ability and high assertiveness paired with outstanding communication talent are among your skills
  • Good English and German language skills (both spoken and written)
