Head of Own Retail m/f/d - Miele USA
- Development and management of Own Retail to a sustainable and profitable sales channel following global guidelines and premium retail approach, ensuring excellent customer experience and best brand appearance in Own retail stores (MEC/SMEC, Points, Outlets ans Concessions).
- Development and implementation of local Own Retail strategies, structures and directions aligned with VG and global Own Retail strategy/guidelines, ensuring net sales growth inline / above target (budgets), sustainable Retail-KPIs and excellent operational standards for continuous improvement.
- Assessment of Own Retail locations and review of store network based on Own Retail location criteria, responsible for store designs and layouts of Own retail and Miele mono-brand 3
party stores.
- Support of event activities to maximize the outputs from consumer and retailer events as well as implement activation modules from GTZ/SOR.
- Organizational development and leading teams inline with Miele leading principles while setting up Own Retail sales talent pipeline.
Ihr Profil
- University degree or equivalent in BA/Marketing or Sales and 5 + years business experience in Own Retail in a leading premium brand company
- High business acumen & commercial, consumer-first mindset, strategic thinking and analytical skills of an entrepreneurial mindset incl. performance / results driven attitude
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills as a team player who amplifies and empowers his team and colleagues and has an impact on them, helping skill up others
- Strong ability to collaborate and influence across VG with different levels and departments, internally and externally. Open to change and acting as advocate for the ‘new’, creative and collaborative mindset.
- Well organized, agile and flexible in combining work & travel.
