IT Operations Manager

End to End ownership of IT operations in the region covering all locations and employees
Work closely with leaders in the region and help employees with their IT issues and provide ontime solutions and resolitions

• Have a complete view of the IT solutions and Identify areas of improvement and actions for improvement.

Ownership of the IT infrastrucutre and operstioans for every location including the cost and tracking to the same quarter on quarter
help with IT asset onboarding for new joiners and handle asset take over from exited employees
Works with CIO Team to plan supply of IT assets for each location and Manage asset release and surrender
Works with Finance team to set up cost effective solutions and track the cost of vendors and IT budgets
Keen eye for numbers and Excellent analytical skills to validate all the data, to develop trends and bring out insights from past data
Support the local Teams on tracking Digital/Cloud Themes
Should drive with respective business units the right target metrics for IT services
good understanding of End user services and solutions
at least 10+ yrs of expereince in handling customer IT requests and expereince in project management
knowledge of European market, culture and language/s preferred
