Software Project Manager

• Coordination of internal and external project participants and customers within the development process for automotive controllers and related software 
• Development of controllers for stepper motors and BLDCs in small drives and actuators with network connection
• Project planning and requirements management in coordination with core team, customers and management functions
• Control of development and test activities in the project for SW and hardware scopes
• Evaluation of concepts and designs especially for function, reliability as well as cost and optimisation potentials
• Project management according to the automotive requirements for software development (ASPICE)
• Management of an international project team with technical leadership (if necessary over several locations)

• Experience in automotive embedded development from a hardware and software perspective in series applications
• Experience with automotive embedded development processes (e.g. ASPICE, requirements engineering, ASIL...)
• Effective and team-oriented communication of complex technical issues
• Independent and creative approach to interdisciplinary tasks and the development of new topics 
• Confident English communication in international project teams
