PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Sales Support teams focus on delivering tactical execution and support services end-to-end. Delivery occurs with high empathy to our users (sales), a high focus on scalability, and therefore in a standardized and ideally automated way, aiming to raise productivity for all involved.The Project Associate role is part of our support simplification team, which focuses on specific initiatives towards a better user experience, related to processes, communication, and technical innovations. You will work closely with our agents, IT and various global teams to consistently challenge the status quo, but also drive broader awareness and understanding of our services and offerings.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Starting in this role, you will familiarize yourself with the different projects and learn about various details and stakeholders from the respective leads. Over time, you will take on more and more responsibilities and ownership of identified tasks or projects/opportunities you may uncover. Your tasks include but are not limited to:User Experience & Marketing
Help influence the user experience by making it accessible, transparent, and useful to the users
Collect successes and progress within the team to share achievements actively with management and support teams, who can therefore promote it outward
Design a promotional newsletter in form of a newsletter
Design banners and contribute design ideas to the sales support portal – a web-based self-service for our internal users – in line with how users think and support scope evolves
Create and update enablement materials for self-service infrastructure users – such as creating simple how-to-use videos, tips & tricks etc. in easy-to-consume and creative ways
Shadow specific target groups to understand how to enhance or simplify user experiences
Knowledge Management support
Contribute to editorial efforts including content structure re-designs, familiarizing yourself with the related infrastructures and sharing your ideas
Get involved in testing, quality checks, user panels and similar activities that assess the quality of our services
Update user guidelines and system documentation for editors and content creators
Other projects
: Depending on your workload in above tasks, you may further engage in different or new projects, as well as identify projects yourself
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences:
Studying preferably in the fields: Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Knowledge Management, or Economy
Having the following computer skills: basic skills, Microsoft office use
Speaking: English fluently, German or any other language as a plus
Besides that, you are/ you bring:
Team player
Creativity
Some basic Project Management skills
Curiosity to learn
A can-do attitude
Comfortable to connect with people – virtually or in person
