YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute successful SEO strategies (set the KPIs and objectives)
Close collaboration with the Sales Department on maximizing the revenue per shop
Apply analytical skills to boost the performance of every landing page of the website
Analyze the performance of the traffic, rankings on the SERP, conversions and revenue change of the shops by using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SemRush

Help the team of Content Specialists to keep the right Objectives and reach their KPIs
Ensure the excellent content architecture on Mobile and Desktop
Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
Optimize website content, landing pages
Collaborate with publisher-manager on off-page optimization (e.g. link-building)
Direct collaboration with the global content lead department
Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Proven +8 years experience as SEO Manager (preferably having experience working in Affiliate Marketing Industry or previously working for a Publisher)

Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience with SEO reporting
Familiarity with relevant tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, GSC, SemRush)
Excellent communication skills, willingness to work in a self-organization environment and remotely
Strong organizational skills
Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
BSc/BA in Marketing, Business or related field
