ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform in-depth analytics for electrical yield improvements. Key focus is QST defect reduction such as Lapping related.
• Perform characterization of QST related defect to BE KPI's.
• Collaborate and partner with process engineering to achieve yield goals.
• Drive analytics& business intelligence into the shopfloor in collaboration with Smart Factory and Engineering

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Excellent in Data Mining and Analysis skills
• Experience in QSL, Presto, BDP

PREFERRED:

• Expert in JMP, SAS
• Experience in Machine Learning tools such as Python, R, Ayasdi is a plus..
