Business Development Manager (2 Days Remote) (DS
For one of the largest companies, I am looking for
'Business Development Manager'
for a 6 months contract position in
Munich, Germany. German Speaking is an added advantage.
System/Tool Skills:
- CRM OD understanding for pipeline tracking & reporting
- MS Office proficiency
- Creating & updating account plan
- Understanding effort estimation & pricing methods. Bill of materials
- Internal People soft(PS) for approvals & expense claims, Knowledge Management System(KMS) & Internal social media for learning & sharing
Experience:
You must have worked in an Automotive Tier 1 company or have experience working within an Automotive OEM ( Original Equipment Manufacturer)
- MBA and/ or engineer with specialization in sales from an institute of repute.
- Must have experience of selling software solutions
Responsibilities
- Generate Profitable Revenue from New Account
- Generate New streams of Revenue from existing customers (pillar/ competency)
- Achieve targets (revenue, gross margin, debtor days).
- Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo / Vertical
- Ensure face time with customer for selling and conduct sales presentations
- Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.
- Collect invoices/ payments on time
- Prospect and identify qualified opportunities
- Build strong relationships with partners- OEM, local partners, consultants etc.
- Understand Tech M offerings very well
