For one of the largest companies, I am looking for 
'Business Development Manager'
 for a 6 months contract position in 
Munich, Germany. German Speaking is an added advantage.

System/Tool Skills:

  • CRM OD understanding for pipeline tracking & reporting
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Creating & updating account plan
  • Understanding effort estimation & pricing methods. Bill of materials
  • Internal People soft(PS) for approvals & expense claims, Knowledge Management System(KMS) & Internal social media for learning & sharing

Experience:

You must have worked in an Automotive Tier 1 company or have experience working within an Automotive OEM ( Original Equipment Manufacturer)

  • MBA and/ or engineer with specialization in sales from an institute of repute.
  • Must have experience of selling software solutions

Responsibilities

  • Generate Profitable Revenue from New Account
  • Generate New streams of Revenue from existing customers (pillar/ competency)
  • Achieve targets (revenue, gross margin, debtor days).
  • Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo / Vertical
  • Ensure face time with customer for selling and conduct sales presentations
  • Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.
  • Collect invoices/ payments on time
  • Prospect and identify qualified opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with partners- OEM, local partners, consultants etc.
  • Understand Tech M offerings very well
