The purpose of this position is to support the Accounting Manager in accurately recording the financial activity of their responsible Region to enable the Management of Icomera to make timely strategic decisions. It is also to ensure that all regulatory deadlines relating to Annual Reporting and Tax are adhered to and in keeping with the Accounting regulations of the region and of the Group.The role is authorised to:
- Approve bank payments
- Support the Accounts Assistants where required
- Monitor and suggest improvements for Accounting processes to ensure efficiencies
- Liaise with external stakeholders where required (e.g.
Key Duties
- Ensure compliance with Accounting & Tax legislation
- Review weekly proposed payment run from Accounts Assistants and approve payments in the bank
- Monitor cash balances and escalate to Accounting Manager where appropriate
- Raise Intercompany and Customer invoices
- Review VAT Returns and submit once approved by Accounting Manager
- Record Salary transactions and ensure payments to tax authorities are made on time
- Prepare Corporate Tax calculations for review by Accounting Manager
- Enter month end cash balances into CARIS by due date
- Instrumental in month end process ensuring full Balance Sheet reconciliation and that deadlines are adhered to
- Liaise with external Accountants (where applicable) in producing the Annual Report
- Key Accounting support for the Annual Audit Requirements
- Support Accounts Assistants and provide training where required

Dann suchen wir Dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unser europäisches Solution-Engineering-Team, das sich auf die Umsetzung innovativer IT/OT-Projekte, insbesondere im Bahnsektor, auf hohem Niveau und unter Nutzung der Produkte und Lösungen von Icomera konzentriert.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Entwerfen, Ausarbeiten und Präsentieren von Icomera -Produkt basierten technischen Designs
- Anforderungsanalyse und Konzeptentwicklung in Projekten
- Detaillierte Ausarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten und aktive Unterstützung der verschiedenen Projektarbeitspakete, vom Netzwerkdesign über die Konfiguration und Tests bis hin zur Dokumentation und Implementierung.
- Interaktion zwischen Icomera-Teams (u.a. Projekt-, Sales-, Produkt- und Service Management) und den Projektteams des Kunden.
- Aktive Schnittstelle zu den internen technischen Experten im Softwarebereich und in der Produktentwicklung.
- Als Teil des europäischen Solution Engineering-Teams wird die Rolle an Projekten bei unseren europäischen Kunden beteiligt sein, daher ist mit Reisen innerhalb Europas zu rechnen.
- Die Unternehmenssprache ist Englisch.
Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Kundenanforderungen Ausarbeiten und Dokumentieren
- Erstellen von Lösungsdesigns
- Verfeinern und Dokumentieren von Systemarchitekturentwürfen
- Überprüfung von Installationsentwürfen
- Erstellen von Konfigurationsdateien für das Basissystem und Dokumentieren der Verfahren, um diese in größerem Umfang einzuführen
- Funktionsabnahmetests entwickeln und durchführen
- Übergabe abgeschlossener Projekte an die Mitarbeiter des Service Managements und des technischen Supports
Dein Profil:
- Abschluss in Informatik oder IT-Netzwerken oder Hintergrund in IT-Netzwerktechnik oder ähnlichem
- Starke LAN/WAN-Netzwerkfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung im Design von Systemarchitekturen
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung technischer Dokumentation
- Linux-Erfahrung
- Starker Teamplayer mit hervorragenden kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
- Eigenständigkeit
- Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld Prioritäten zu setzen und sich anzupassen, um die Ziele des Unternehmens zu erreichen
