Your Responsibilities

• Development of solutions in ERP environments
• Support, analyze and optimize business processes
• Customizing, process optimization and functional enhancements in ERP
• Categorization and processing of inquiries and error messages
• Cause analysis and timely problem solving
• Setup and management of roles, rights, and master data
• Documentation and training of optimizations and new developments
• Support our external service provider during tests and rollouts

Your Profile:

• Completed education / degree in business informatics or comparable degree
• First work experience in ERP, MS Dynamics NAV advantageous
• Knowledge of SQL databases
• Very good understanding of business processes
• Fast learner, high motivation and willingness to learn
• Independent and committed work
• Communicative and sympathetic appearance
• Fluent in German and very good English skills (w/s)
