UX Content Manager (m/f/div.)

Deine Aufgaben

With our new cloud-based platform eTrusted, we bring the next generation of Experience Feedback Management to market. eTrusted enables companies to exploit the full power of Experience Feedback, authentic reviews and expression of their customers' opinions. For our MARS Unit we're looking for a UX Content Manager (m/f/div.) with a passion for great user experience.

Your tasks:
Hand in hand with our UX team and Scrumteams for product development, you'll be responsible for the content of our products and services.
Creation of content in German and English
(copy,
microcopy) for our web and mobile apps
Creation of learning contents/help contents/tutorials for our products
Creation of content in other channels with product reference
(e.g.
marketing materials, magazine articles etc.)
You are responsible for the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the existing product content.
Together with product designers, you ensure that our products and features create the right added value for our customers.
You collaborate with designers, product owners, technical writers, legal experts and engineers to hone a cohesive content strategy
(domain
model terminology, voice and tone, visual language and product storytelling) and coordinate it with stakeholders from other business units.

Dein Profil

You are experienced in creating and managing content for the web and applications
You have a deep understanding of user experience and how function and documentation support each other.
You have a good technical understanding and can talk about our products at eye level with our developers - of course after thorough training.
You attach great importance to the small details of the user experience.
Experience with wireframes and mockups is an advantage.
You have a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
You are fluent in German and English.
