IT Desktop Support | Walldurn and Crailsheim, Germany | initially 6 months contract, extendable | Daily rate, between €150 and €200, depending on the experience

I am currently recruiting for an
IT Desktop Support
 
to work a minimum of 6 months (extendable) in
Walldurn and Crailsheim, Germany
.

Skillsets required for the IT Desktop Support role:

  • Proven hands-on experience as Deskside/Onsite support/local IT engineer
  • Basic understanding of Audio/Video equipment and conference room setup
  • Experience in Providing Hands & feet Support for Network and Datacenter Equipment's/Devices
  • Strong Microsoft Operating System installation(Win 7 & Win10) and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong experience in troubleshooting MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Strong skills in Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks and Printers and Handhelds
  • User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution lists
  • Remote desktop connectivity applications like SMS, Bomgar, WebEx, Live Meeting, and Windows Native tools tool. Escalations
  • Troubleshoot and assist end users with mobile device setup, activations and performance issues.
  • Strong Customer service skills
  • Hand on Experience on ITSM tools like Service Now

Mandatory Certification for the IT Desktop Support role:

  • A+ Certified or Equivalent Certified or Knowledge of Network Operations or CCNA

Soft Skills for the IT Desktop Support role:

  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written) in German
  • Good documentation skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio)
  • Should have great customer handling skills
  • Able to handle unforeseen situations
  • High level of acceptance

The daily rate is between €150 and €200, depending on the experience (a minimum of 8 hours a day, overtime is available).
