Stock/Equity Manager (m/f/d)
you are driven by the idea of building an amazing employee Reward experience. In your role you will report to Global Compensation & Benefit Manager (m/f/d) and will be responsible as specialist of the following within th team.
Your responsibility
- You will manage our
equity programs
(e. g. executive long term incentive plan and/or employees participation)- Lead worldwide stock plans administration process
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Communications, SOX and HR colleagues to communicate materials, prepare management reports and ensure regulations and filings are met
- Coach Regions on: (a) stock plan specifics and (b) responding to employee enquiries
- Manage relationship with 3rd party administrator to ensure quality and consistent service delivery
- Stay abreast on market trends, conduct periodic review on existing programs and recommend changes/enhancements
- Job levelling
- You will maintain our job matrix architecture
- Being the sparring partner of Global C&B manager for the job levelling matters
- You coordinate our international
relocation process
, such as:
- Preparing the package at the start of the relocation (salary, allowance etc.)
- Coordinating the relocation process together with Host/Home HR and 3rd party supplier
- Coordination together with 3rd party tax advisor so that the assignees comply their annual tax filing etc.
- Supporting the review of our policies, and recommend changes and enhancements
- Participate in the C&B projects
- Support the annual compensation process (e. g. merit review- and bonus payout process)
- Support to prepare reports for Compensation Committee, also for accounting purposes
Your skills and competences
- You are holding a degree in business administration or similar qualification
- You have 3+ years experience on the area of compensation and/or benefit, especially in the area of:
- Long term incentive plans
- Job levelling and compensation benchmarking (is a plus)
- You have strong analytical and excel skills
- You are an expert in training and explaining the programs and the policies to employees
- Good communication skills in English
