For our client, a global data company working for the automotive aftermarket we are looking for a Scala Developer (w/m/d) on a freelance basis.
Project Start: ASAP
Project duration: 3 months
Location: München

Responsibilities :

• Responsibility for developing, enhancing, re-engineering & maintaining applications with Scala.
• Contribution to the overall design and architecture of the application developed and deployed.
• Interaction with business users to understand requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Implementing projects based on functional specifications.

Your Skills:

• Great experience on Scala.
• Good experience in Pyspark, spark, Java 8, MapReduce, HDFS, Hive, Bigdata, Hadoop, AWS.
• Excellent experience in bigdata programming.
• Good at DB, ETL architecture.
• Business rules processing and data extraction from Data Lake into data streams for business consumption.
• Good customer communication.
• Good Technical and Analytic skills.
• Good Client Communication, Onsite-Offshore co-ordination.
