Part-time Remote Project Dynatrace Expert (m/f/d)

For my client I´m looking for an English speaking Dynatrace Expert (m/f/d) in part-time
 
Their customer is aiming to establish a central end-to-end monitoring solution, of which Application Performance Monitoring (APM) is a component
In a first phase, Dynatrace has been chosen as the central supplier of APM solutions for our customer.
Our customer provides approx. 65 services, e.g. SAP general ledger services, SAP success factors, data warehouse, data analysis and visualization, document management systems, chat bots, fraud prevention services, risk management solutions. So it’s a wide range of services by technology and functional scope.

Dynatrace should be made available ASAP for all services.
 

Requirements:

  • Must have senior and hands-on skill in Dynatrace APM tooling
  • Hands-on system engineer activities to support service managers installing and configuring Dynatrace for the various services
  • Hands-on support includes acting as subject matter expert, who also should align the chosen approach with the customer
  • Supply of knowledge, best practices, templates to facilitate and industrialize rollout approach
  • consulting on establishment of future mode of operations for service owners and their teams
  • English language skills mandatory, German optional but not essential
 

Project Details:

  • Duration: 01.06.2020 - 31.10.2020
  • Location: Remote (participation in workshops in Munich and Stuttgart, if necessary)
  • Language: English, German nice to have
  • Work load: 50%
