Training & Change Specialist (m/f/diverse)
- Take the position of the "Training & Change Specialist” within the SAP project
- Coordinate and contribute to integrating and applying change management and training activities into the overall project plans
- Support the local management and the project team in preparing the organization for the SAP implementation
- Provide guidance in identifying and aligning organizational change and training requirements
- Support the planning of training activities within the roll out of the project
- Support the Hamburg Süd internal Organization team and Human Resources team in defining Job Profile definitions and descriptions
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in change management and training, preferably with ERP-implementation project background
- Knowledge of Change Management and Training Management
- Knowledge in the area of stakeholder management, communications and training strategy
- High level of engagement, flexibility, creativity and reliability
- Strong communication and social skills paired with a solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in English, German beneficial
- Willingness to travel and to work in a global environment
