Training & Change Specialist (m/f/diverse)

• Take the position of the "Training & Change Specialist” within the SAP project
• Coordinate and contribute to integrating and applying change management and training activities into the overall project plans
• Support the local management and the project team in preparing the organization for the SAP implementation
• Provide guidance in identifying and aligning organizational change and training requirements
• Support the planning of training activities within the roll out of the project
• Support the Hamburg Süd internal Organization team and Human Resources team in defining Job Profile definitions and descriptions

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in change management and training, preferably with ERP-implementation project background
• Knowledge of Change Management and Training Management
• Knowledge in the area of stakeholder management, communications and training strategy
• High level of engagement, flexibility, creativity and reliability
• Strong communication and social skills paired with a solution-oriented approach
• Fluent in English, German beneficial
• Willingness to travel and to work in a global environment
