The following skills are preferred: 
  • German language is mandatory 
  • Project management experience 
  • In-depth and comprehensive understanding of the critical business success factors
  • Broad understanding of the vast range of IT operations and company’s service offerings, demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key project management operational policies, processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent financial acumen
  • Waterwall and agile methods
 
Candidate will be responsible for driving the innovation projects, responsible for driving complex service request implementations with tight cooperation with the delivery team.
