YOUR TEAM

For the department Technology Strategy and Scouting we are looking for a working student for Tech Intelligence and Innovation Management. The department works on continuously identifying and evaluating future technology trends and their impact on the E/E architecture, CARIAD key technologies and future customer features. We’re running innovation campaigns (ideation, hackathons, etc.) to unleash the creative potential of dedicated people as well as doing start up scouting and partnering.

We’re a team of 10 curious people with a strong future mindset – embedded into a worldwide innovation network of the VW Group, start up ecosystem and independent research institutes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build up a state-of-the-art digital innovation and technology management platform
• Manage the platform, identify new use cases, implement new functions and promote the platform throughout the organization
• Identify trends, future technology topics and create analysis and evaluations with the help of our tool and input from technical experts
• Research, market screening and competitor analysis (internet, publications, reports, etc.) for disruptive trends and technologies

WHO YOU ARE

• Enrolled student in the field of Innovation, Technology Management, Digitalization, Business Informatics, Engineering, Computer Science or similar
• Experience and general understanding of content management platforms
• Experience with software suites from Hype Innovation, Trendone, Itonics, Mapegy, Mergeflow or similar would be an advantage
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Analytical understanding; structured and independent work
• Ability to work in remote teams

NICE TO KNOW

• Duration: 6 months
• 20 h/week, up to 35 h/week during semester break
