Job Description YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Management of the Transfer Projects group of the Supply Center Bitterfeld within the Process Technology, including management of scientific and technical employees * Responsibility for all process transfers and optimization of new products (national / international) as well as technology transfers from development / issuing locations until handover to the Products Life Cycle group * Project lead for transfer projects (site to site as well as new product development) with target Supply Center Bitterfeld * Lead / Support of site to site and R&D transfers within international teams and internal coordination of scale up, validation and registration batches * Coordination and capacity planning for all transfer activities * Interphase between R&D, Bayer Consumer Health headquarter and production site WHO YOU ARE * Academic degree as a pharmacist (m/f/d) with focus on process technology or equivalent education (Master's degree in (bio-) chemistry, biotechnology or process engineering) * Long-term professional experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing including deep knowledge of pharmaceutical technology and plant relevant manufacturing technologies, ideally for solid dosage formulations * Professional experience and knowledge in project management and GMP, including sound knowledge in general regulations (e. G. ICH) * Ideally proven leadership skills and ability, to build and lead effective teams * Experienced in leading and working with international, interdisciplinary teams (internal/external matrix organizations) * High degree of autonomy in tasks and team-worker (m/f/d) and good skills in cross-functional work relationships * Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken Your application Are you looking for a new challenge where you can show your passion for innovation?
