Job description

Diagnostics team at Nordex is a dynamic team working on challenging and high-value projects. Seated in the Service department, we use state-of-the-art methods and tools to monitor vibration/acoustics data from our global wind turbine fleet.

This is the right position for you if you:
Are interested and want to start working with condition monitoring.
Are a team player and looking to expand your knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities and tasks:
Monitoring, troubleshooting and reporting of condition monitoring systems malfunctions.
Create dedicated reports for specific customer (Service organisation or turbine owner).
Supporting team to monitor condition of growing global wind turbine fleet.
 

Job requirements

Ideally you should be studying mechanical/software engineering or equivalent. Furthermore, we wish you to:
Have experience / knowledege of signal processing or machine learning technics.
Familiar to work with databases, signal processing and acoustics.
Feel comfortable working in an English speaking environment (strong written and verbal skills in English needed).

Furthermore, it would be advantageous if you:
Have mechanical knowledge of gearboxes or drive trains.
Are familiar / or network communications.
