:your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- establish program strategy and execute implementation through achievements and decision points by demonstrating cross-functional teams (leads, cross-functional teams, owns end-to-end development cycle to seek successful registration and market access) - anticipate internal and external drivers of changes to strategy, and respond by making revisions to program strategy. - maintain a collaboration with groups outside of development including portfolio, commercial operations, global drug development, and novartis technical operations (nto). - interact with pd leadership team, as well as with the innovation management board (imb) and other management boards to secure partner consensus to vision/strategy, and approvals. - proactively shape the external environment to defend and improve sandoz position relevant to the project by developing strong, evidence and trust based relationships with key partners minimum requirements what you'll bring to the role:
- minimum 5 years of drug development experience, including experience in cross-functional global program teams and with dossier submission for new or supplemental indication. - experience in leadership of multidisciplinary teams - experience in product registration and major health authority interactions - has been member of several global project teams in different development phases, has experienced major health authorities interactions, preferably including submissions. - operational perfection:
- doctoral degree or equivalent (phd, md, pharmd) - full proficiency in english:
