What will you experience during a working day?
- Professional serving of food and drinks in the restaurant, hotel bar and event area
- Actively looking after and advising our international guests
- Implementing and ensuring the "mise en place" according to the business volume
- Operating the cash register system and preparing your own waiter's accounts
- Instructing temporary staff and trainees in the service area
- Implementing and ensuring hygiene and safety measures as well as internal service and quality standards
- Ensuring the orderly service flow even during periods of high business volume
What are your requirements?
- You know what you want and are keen to get something big new off the ground with us
- Completed vocational training is an advantage
- Professional experience in a comparable position within the upscale hotel and catering industry desirable
- Expert knowledge of food and beverage
- Good knowledge of English, other foreign languages an advantage
- Strong guest and service orientation
- Well groomed appearance
- High motivation and positive attitude towards service
- Strong ability to work under pressure and flexibility
- Reliability, ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
