Your responsibilities
In the role as Global Finance Business Partner you will join the ESD divisional finance team and support the global Business Unit Management. This includes the following responsibilities.- Own the operational business review process and data interpretation
- Facilitate the planning and forecasting process across global business centers
- Calculate and validate multi-year business cases and business plans
- Interface, key player and driver of reporting and analytical needs towards the Data and Advanced Analytics team
- Support the Business Units and Functions on creating value and unlocking incremental business potential by providing business decision support, transactions analysis, valuations, cost management, opportunities based on data driven business models
- Support Strategic Business Projects with financial expertise
- Take responsibility on the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) process, i.e., Business Steering Governance
- Take responsibility to achieve business results
Your qualification
- University degree or equivalent qualification in the area of finance or economics
- Previous Finance Business Partnering experience (desired)
- Experience in controlling and/or financial analysis in a finance and/or business setting
- Knowledge of financial business modeling, forecasting and analytics for decision support
- Experience in using SAP and data visualization tools
- Strong command of English language, written and verbal
- Excel proficiency
- willingness to relocate to Hamburg is preferred
