ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor the yield and condition of HGA models machines allocated to mass production
• Conduct physical failure analysis of products and create failure analysis report
• Perform process qualification of machines after repair
• Implement technical changes as described in official change document
• Propose improvement projects
• Perform controlled experiments with guidance of engineers
• Collection of data and data analysis

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Graduate of a technical course such as mechatronics, electro-mechanics
• With background experience in quality control, data monitoring and analysis
• Background in failure analysis from similar industry
• Knows how to use MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Can work on night shift, weekends & holidays such as Holy Week, Christmas or New Year

PREFERRED:

• Experience in HGA Quasi, Laser PSA/RSA adjust
• Experience in equipment calibration and correlation

SKILLS:

• MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint
• Microscope
• Multimeter
