Job description

  • As a head of department you take the responsibility for the department "Power Distribution" in Engineering area "Electrical Engineering"
  • The department is responsible for the development of the products: electrical cabinets, auxiliary power supply systems, electrical balance of plant
  • Definition of targets and development and implementation of products, processes and standards
  • Ensure development in cost, time and quality for Engineering Programs (CPD, CPS, OPP)
  • Continue to establish new team "electrical balance of plant", define processes, tools interfaces with sales and PM / turnkey, interface Grid Integration studies
  • Drive internationalisation targets India & Brazil
  • Define "cabinet design strategy"
  • shape "Electrical IoT Roadmap" 

Job requirements

  • Formal qualification in Electrical Engineering (e.g. bachelor degree or higher)
  • At least 5 years experience in electrical engineering management, preferably in the wind industry
  • Customer orientation
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Ability to work in an international team
  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis for business purpose abroad and within the Country
