Industrialization Project Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• First contact person for the customer related to industrialization topics
• Reviewing / Clarification / alignment of requirements. Coordination between production plants and customer
• Support during RFQ phase
• „Quality Offer“ preparation, alignment with internal stakeholders and presentation towards customer
• Support for production plant and for customer in case of industrialization/quality related topics
• Support for engineering department in case of plant/production related topics
• Support in re-work activities
• Participation in internal and customer decision meetings e.g BE-Team meeting, packaging definition, cubing events
• Ensuring the implementation of CR measures in related plants
• Preparation and planning of customer visits and support during the customer visit
• Follow up of iPQ items and production plant related LOPs (after customer events)
• Direct contact person for all industrialization matters to all internal and external departments
• Reporting of the project status internally to management, to relevant departments and organizations at the customer
• Support after SOP in case of problems which are related to the production line
• Support production sites in case of line relocation, capacity increase, process changes -> alignment and approval by customer quality section

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, production engineering or comparable
• At least 3 years professional experience in production planning, industrialization or start-up management, ideally in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes in electronics production
• Experience in quality as well as knowledge of the IATF16949 / QS9000 standards / VDA standards
• Organizational and mulit-project management skills
• Flexibility to commute worldwide within organization and external partners
• Intercultural sensitivity, interdisciplinary and integrative thinking and acting
• Very good German and English knowledge in spoken and written
• Flexibility and willingness to travel (worldwide)
