Customer Care Agent (m/f/x) with French in Financial Services

Your Task

• Customer Service in French via chat, phone and email
• Answering questions about money transfer
• Handling of and adivsory with investigation and loss
• Discreet handling of strictly confidential data

Your Profile

• Friendly character and enjoy helping customers
• Fluent French and very good English orally and in writing
• Possible customer service experience
• The desire to exlpore a new country
