We provide inbound call support for the Telecommunications, Financial Services and Technology industries. And because no two companies are alike, we work closely with our clients to deliver loyalty-building customer service and technical support. Service is our area of expertise.
In other (and much less) words, we offer customer support services for different clients :)
For one of our projects, we are looking for dedicated, multilingual people, who answer customer requests by email and telephone in our modern call-center in Berlin Kreuzberg. We only have in-bound calls from customers that have account queries or questions in regards to the Project. We are looking to start the training on August 5th (or earlier, if we meet the right candidate)Requirements:
- Must speak
Dutch
Fluently (and English on a conversational level).- Previous customer service experience is not needed but welcomed
- Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands (mostly Office hours, M-F)
- Ability to work individually in order to achieve group goals
- Basic computer skills
