Job Description Smartsheet is looking for an experienced Sales Operations professional to ensure growth and sales organization success in the APAC market. The ideal candidate will have experience driving go-to-market operational processes within a fast-growing business. You are the trusted advisor to the extended field team, ensuring that our employees are operating with maximum efficiency and have the necessary tools to be successful. This essential role is part of the Sales Operations team and is based in Smartsheet's corporate offices in Sydney, AU. You will report to our Director, Sales Operations, located in our Bellevue office

You Will

:
order management * analyze current and renewal orders to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction * work as the primary cross-functional liaison between teams such as finance, sales ops, legal, and pricing to organize deal process * lead deal reviews with management and sales teams;

support training, development, and compliance with operational policies * be an escalation point when needed to help move deals forward, elevating specialized issues to appropriate partners for resolution and approval * collaborate and share best practices across business regions and teams services operations * work with sales and professional services teams involved in proposing and delivering customer solutions during the sales cycle through contract review and negotiation * collaborate with apac field teams to develop notable services programs for major customers * coordinate with services managers to maximize resourcing capacity for customer engagements and assign resources accordingly * coordinate between internal implementation and technical resources and client teams to guarantee a thoughtful and smooth delivery of projects * be a point of escalation/business decision-making to quickly resolve issues during project delivery operational strategy & execution * build reporting dashboards and promote analysis to increase the performance visibility to the business owners * analyze the health of the business and interpret key performance metrics * obtain recommendations and craft action plans to address weaknesses and areas of opportunity * present recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making, operational change and investment * implement recommendations in collaboration with other teams and partners * help develop apac gtm strategy * drive change management in the apac organization * assess the teams training needs and apply appropriate solutions you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales operations role;
order management/deal desk experience preferred, software/saas experience * 2+ years of management experience * experience with the sales process and ability to navigate complex sales cycles * experience solving complex problems and taking ownership of driving and demonstrating results * experience working in an international environment and have affinity of customer buying practices throughout apac * strong qualitative and quantitative mathematical skills * experience working in a high volume / multi transactional environment * curiosity to embrace new technology, applications, and solutions * experience working product skus, cpq systems, and crm systems such as salesforce perks & benefits:
