Ihre Aufgaben:

Als Manager Operational GMP zählen zu Ihrem spannenden und abwechslungsreichen Aufgabenbereich:

• Management des pharmazeutisch-operativen Tagesgeschäftes in den Bereichen Bestellung, Produktion und Logistik
• Erstellung von Key Performance-Indikatoren und Managementberichten
• Enge Führung der relevanten Kooperationspartner
• Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen
• Budgetkontrolle
• Management von Entwicklungsprojekten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Fachabteilungen
• Unterstützung bei Audits , Kundenbesuchen und Lieferantenmeetings
• Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Behördeninspektionen
• Kontinuierliche Bewertung und erfolgreiche Implementierung von nationalen und internationalen gesetzlichen Vorgaben

Ihre Voraussetzungen:

• Eine selbständige, zuverlässige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Medizin, Pharmazie oder Naturwissenschaften bzw. vergleichbare Ausrichtung mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im operativen Pharmaumfeld bzw. Promotion
• Gerne bieten wir auch Hochschulabsolventen eine Einstiegschance!
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und generelle Reisebereitschaft
