Your responsibilities
- As Manager HR Development (m/f/d) Europe, you develop and implement concepts for the Olympus EMEA region in the field of people and organizational development in particular related to people development and performance management
- You design relevant concepts for the all of EMEA that directly contribute to performance culture and an inspirational working place in various countries
- You steer and facilitate the relevant project team with members of the HR function across EMEA and involve them in (i) setting-up concepts, (ii) deploying concepts and (iii) managing change
- Your initiatives have a strong impact on leadership and employee behavior; therefore, you are also responsible to undertake change management in respect to your own programs
- You provide insights and market trends to your colleagues in your field of expertise
- As a competent contact partner, you collaborate with other HR functions answering their specific personal development inquiries
- You are responsible for your programs’ budget and for managing internal and external clients, vendors and trainers
- The role requires direct cooperation and communication with all levels of management at national and international level
Your qualification
- You are truly passionate about people and leadership development
- You have successfully completed your studies in a relevant subject, i.e. business, psychology, etc
- Several years of professional experience in the field of personal and organizational development, ideally also experience in working in an international matrix organization
- You have a proven record of developing concepts, taking into account relevant strategies
- You show a strong learning ability and enjoy collaborating with different nationalities, personalities and functions- You have experience in managing changes and know how to apply relevant change tools, also taking into account cultural differences
- Experience with coaching and diagnostic tools is a plus
- You enjoy and feel comfortable to present convincingly in front of different audiences
- You work in a structured way and enjoy working in teams and enjoy building up a network
- You have excellent communication skills and command of English – both written and spoken
- German knowledge skills are beneficial
