Are you ready for your next step within Transport & Logistics, a key role in an international business?
In this role you will support development and implementation of transport strategies in line with Business Unit needs. Furthermore, you will ensure the execution in accordance with Company, Procurement and Supply Base management instructions and procedures.

Your responsibilities

• Support implementation of effective sourcing strategies in close cooperation with CoEs and factories on business needs
• Communicate strategic direction into the CoEs and factories
• Identify costs savings, Cost Out Initiatives in TT&L through rate negotiation
• Support the local structures and processes at individual locations, provide tender support and be a point of escalation during project execution
• Support Risk assessment
• Apply and implement standards, tools, and processes focused on business continuity for sourcing
• Ensure the cost out & budget targets are achieved
• Ensure proper Supply Base by region, in close coordination with CoEs and factories on business needs

Your background

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• More than 5 years of experience in in advanced Transport and Logistics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple topics simultaneously in a matrix organization with little oversight and direction
• Reliable team player with an independent and result oriented working style, as well as strong communicative and collaborative skills
