About the Company:
An American multinational technology company that manufactures computer software and more recently also develops, manufactures, licenses, supports, and sells digital marketing software.

The Profile:

• German is your first language, and you are fluent in English
• You have some experience in customer service
• You love helping people
• You are interested in technology
• You are a problem-solving person
• You have a positive, motivated mindset and excellent communication skills
• You are available to work from Monday to Friday from 08.00h to 17.00h

Your responsibilities:

• Support with software installation
• Process customer inquiries
• Customer support by phone, email, and chat in German and English
• Solve customer concerns
• Help customers with inquiries about licenses

Benefits:

• Full-time position
• Fixed-term, renewable employment contract with an initial duration of 12 months and later extension for 12 months
• Possibility of a permanent contract after 24 months
