Country Head Information Security Officer

As Information Security Officer, you will:

• Take responsibility and keep track of current and future compliance, information security, privacy policies, laws, regulations and controls
• Be responsible for all IT risk process, from taking risks to implementing measures, reporting and integrating into business processes
• Interact directly with the Supervisory Board, representing risk, governance and technological dynamic units in cooperation with regulators and other authorities
• Lead and manage the current information security team, and be a mentor on information security related topics throughout the organization
• Coordinate information security related audits and play an important role on access control, security alerts, outsourcing / vender assessment and technical processes
• Manage other EU branch offices with all Information Security related matters

As Information Security Officer, you should have:

• Previous experience in the field of Information Security in Financial Services is essential
• Relevant working experience in Security Assessment, IT Risk and/or IT Compliance and implementation of IT Audits
• Knowledge of German regulatory landscape and requirement related to Information Security
• Technical knowledge of IT systems and networks
• CISSP, CISA, CISM, ComTIASecurity+ or equivalent certification
• Holistic understanding of BaFin, ISO, COBIT, FFEIC, IT RISK, NIST, PCI-DSS etc.
• Fluent in both German and English
