ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preventive Maintenance work includes;

Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts

Checking and calibrating instruments to assure accuracy

Carrying out quality inspections

Cleaning, lubricating, greasing and oiling machinery and parts

Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule

Fitting new parts
Emergency Maintenance work includes;

Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns

Finding and fixing faults and re-calibrating instruments according to standard manuals

Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed

• Effectively and safely use the tools and equipment (DMM, pH & conductivity meters, calipers, etc.) of the trade or craft of expertise.
• Read, listen, understand and follow oral and written instruction including but not limited to technical manuals, charts and terms related to the trade or craft.
• Be able to work well with people; be courteous to operators and line leaders and use only appropriate language and behaviors.
• Must be honest, trustworthy and motivated to do timely and good quality work without close supervision.
• Be punctual and consistent in work habits and attendance.
• Must be willing to occasionally work unusual hours in crisis situations.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED:

• College level
• With or Without experience in Electronic firm

PREFERRED:

• Technology courses in Elect’l / Electronics / Mechatronics / Computer preferred.
• Exposure in manufacturing engineering environment is a plus

SKILLS:

• Technical vocational courses in related field e.g. Electrical and Electronics Repairman/Technician, Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology, Computer Specialist
• Advanced skills in PLC and motor controls
• Basic computer skill e.g. Hardware and Software Concepts, Word Processing
