Project Delivery Manager (m/f/d)

The Role:

The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for managing all activities of the web content & translations team to ensure accurate, efficient and timely creation of all requested content. The incumbent is also responsible for managing the timing, scheduling, and assigning of creative projects and tasks to creative resources both externally with agencies and within the Mouser team.

Responsible for evaluating, prioritizing and assigning Marketing Work Requests and content creation requests based upon pre-established criteria from marketing management.

Effectively manages projects within given deadlines, analyzes training needs, processes and systems and makes recommendations for improvement.
Accountable for deadlines to be met and projects to be budget.
Manages different teams (project coordinator and translations team). Develops and maintains a productive work team by hiring, training and coaching qualified staff.

Develops and maintains metrics, guidelines and procedures for tracking and improving project assignments and generates reports that convey the creative team productivity level and enable management to make effective business decisions.

Presents complex topics effectively to senior management. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with business associates internally and externally.

Consistently looks for process improvements. Supports and participates in company total quality process and represents the company in a professional manner.

The Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Project Management or similar field and a minimum of three years’ experience in managing projects in an international marketing environment (alternatively: vocational training and equivalent work experience in Marketing or Content Delivery).

First management experience would be a plus.
Detailed and thorough in work habits with multi-tasking ability and high standards of quality.
Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and teaching skills. Analyzes impact of decisions before execution.
Able to independently prioritize and independently look for areas of improvement.
Strong work ethic, trustworthy and maintains confidentiality.
Ability to manage multiple departmental activities.
Excellent verbal and written communicator in German and English language. Able to communicate with people at all levels inside and outside the organization.

Knowledge of print production, graphic design, and HTML highly desirable. Understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and print ready files.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with SharePoint and/or project management tools desirable.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and to manage multiple departmental activities.
Demonstrates a positive attitude toward self and others.
