Full-Cycle Technology Sales Professional

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Support sales team by identifying and engaging with the appropriate Partner, delivering solution proposals to customers
Help nurture and expand opportunities by participating in customer presentations, follow up on solution proposals from the sales team
Understand IT workloads, provide pricing + scenario guidance to sales agents.
Accelerate opportunities by teaming up with account managers and Partners.
Drive frequent pipeline reviews to remove roadblocks and escalate issues and ensure pipeline is balanced across teams and aligned to capacity to facilitate closing.
Help to identify compete scenarios with to ensure Wins within current proposals.
Support and participate in assessment plans to understand capacity and geo coverage.
Document all Opportunity / Pipeline Management in CRM
IDEAL PROFILE/QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required.
Fluency in the following languages a plus: Mandarin, Japanese.
5+ years of experience working in an inside sales environment in a Senior Agent or Pipeline + Partner management capacity.
A proven and documented record of full cycle sales success in the technology space.
Demonstrated experience with various sales techniques, tools and tactics.
Exceptional communication, prioritization, and organizational skills, and a strong commitment to detail.
Desire to work in a competitive environment where one’s growth potential is driven by one’s abilities and attitude.
Strong work ethic and desire to drive team success.
Charismatic personality, upbeat and the ability to form strong relationships.
Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
