Description
Rosneft Deutschland GmbH, located in Berlin, is part of the international Rosneft Group. In addition to the refinery business with our investments in three locations in Germany, we successfully started marketing approx. 12 million tonnes of mineral oil products in January 2019.

For our Refinery-Team we are looking from the next possible starting date for a

Refinery Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your profile

Solid knowledge of refinery processes, operations & technologies
Degree in engineering or science preferred
At least 7 years of relevant experience in Downstream Oil&Gas, plus project management experience

• Fluent English and German is mandatory
• Motivation to face new challenges

Your tasks

Coordinate and align the refinery job processing cost budget
Coordinate and align the refinery CAPEX budget and monitor in-year performance towards 1st quartile refinery performance
Develop the refinery project portfolio (raise new projects, evaluate economics of proposed projects), develop recommendations and align with Rosneft and other shareholders

Evaluate and review
projects
together with shareholders and JV-refineries as part of the overall strategy
Ensure regulatory compliance based on the project portfolio
Review weekly/monthly/quarterly reports of the site and challenge refinery target and KPI system
Represent Rosneft in the refinery project meetings
Coordinate Rosneft’s participation in regulatory audits
Coordinate performance audits for projects and organize unit test runs and oversee refinery product quality issues
